Shenzhen Jiubaba mainly provide whole kit of PCBA services - parts purchasing , SMT and DIP soldering, boards testing and packaging for electronic boards in small volume, such as Reference-Board, Evaluating-Board, Validating-Board, Demo-Board, prototypes of R&D department, pilot-running of electronic products. Our customers are mainly the R&D center, semiconductor suppliers and co***nies with small volume electronic products. Our objective is to provide high quality and quick response for customers whose boards are usually in small volume of batch quantity.
We have one SMT line with production ability 200K points and 2 DIP lines with production ability of 100K points. Our SMT facilities – AUTO-paste Printer, Yamaha’s YV100x-F multi-functional pick and place machine and 8 temperature zones reflow-oven are capable of assembly for SMT part size from 1005 R/C/L to 54mm QFP/BGA with fine pitch of 3.5mil.
Our service coves customers related to electronic industries of semiconductor, instrument/tools, communication and monitoring. Customers are located in Asia, Europe and US – CS Instrument,
